No — Lyceum Mundi is a Florida online school and is not DepEd-accredited, so the diploma is parent-issued. Your price includes preparation for the DepEd equivalency test (PEPT or ALS A&E) and university entrance exams, which produce the recognized credential. See the university pathway.
